The group meets once a month on a Friday at 9.30. (usually the last Friday in the month) The group has the aim of exploring the countryside of Staffordshire and introducing members to new places to walk. This is done through a monthly walk of between 7.5 and 10 miles with coffee and lunch stops along the way. The loacation is rarely announced in advance. Boots, rucksack, warm and waterproof clothing, food and drink are needed. We have seen such delights as the bluebells around Jackson's Back and have plumbed the depths of some serious mud near Cheddleton. We look forward to you joining us. |
