The group meets weekly on Monday from 10.30am to 12 noon.
Meditation is a skillful method of enabling the mind to achieve inner peace and tranquillity and to stop our minds being dominated by the incessant thoughts and emotions that usually occupy us. The stillness meditation techniques help our minds return to their natural tranquil states and dissolve our thought-generated problems and to uncover our natural inner-wisdom and peacefulness.
Each week we will practice guided meditation techniques with the opportunity to discuss and reflect upon our experience. There will be a short break for coffee.
The group leader is experienced and trained in meditation.
