The See A Show Group organizes outings to theatres locally in Birmingham, Wolverhamption, Lichfield, Hanley etc and further a field to places such as Sheffield, Manchester and Nottingham. The local trips are normally to evening performances whilst those further away are for mid-week or Saturday matinees and include free time in the area before the show.
Last years outings, all of which sold out, included The Lion King, Calendar Girls and White Christmas at Salford Quays, Othello at the New Vic, Newcastle, Mrs Warren's Profession at Birmingham Rep and Spend, Spend, Spend at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury. Future trips planned but sold out are to Matthews Bourne's Swan Lake at the Regent in February and Les Miserables at the Birmigham Hippodrome in March. Booking at the moment and until 12 February is Hairspray starring Michael Ball at the Manchester Opera House on Thursday 29 July (2.30) with free time before the show and in February bookings will open for Nighfright a thriller at the Lyceum, Crewe on 22 April at 7.30pm.
